As University Relations and Campus Outreach Manager, Rachel assists in the development and implementation of Boston University Study Abroad’s communications and recruitment strategies, mainly for on-campus recruiting. She provides leadership in the planning and facilitation of special events and serves as the lead on Study Abroad’s social media channels and activities. Rachel also created a diversity, equity, and inclusion working group that she has led for a year and a half.
Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Chinese from Boston University. While at BU, Rachel studied abroad both in Shanghai and Madrid, and she has had long-term stays in countries like Germany and Greece.
