ROCIO LOPEZ earned her MS in Human Development and Leadership from Louisiana State University and BS in Psychology. Four years of experience in student development and internationalization. Currently serves as Regional Manager at LSU College of Agriculture and Global Network (LSU AgCenter). Focus is mostly in the regions of Central America, South America, and the Caribbean for Undergraduate students and Central Eastern Europe for Graduate/faculty level. Areas of expertise include student internationalization, developing/planning study abroad programs for students all over the globe of different durations, curriculum internationalization, and international recruitment. Established international partnerships with over 30 High Schools, 6 Universities, and private sector in Central and South America and the Caribbean. Received a Visegrad University Association Team Award of Excellence for international cooperation, as well as recognition by University of Debrecen (Hungary). Participated as a panelist at the WERA-72 virtual conference. Has lived in Honduras and USA and is fluent in English and Spanish and beginner in Italian.
