IVANA TREGENZA earned her MS in Mining Engineering and Economics. She has over 20 years of experience in international development currently serving as Associate Director, Louisiana State University Agricultural Center (LSU AgCenter) Global Network and Director, International Relations at LSU College of Agriculture. Much of this international experience focuses on Central Europe and Central America academic cooperation within higher education universities with aim at strategic and sustainable partnerships. These activities led to an invitation by Fulbright Commission to become a panelist at Fulbright meeting in Prague (2017). She received a Visegrad University Association Team Award of Excellence for international cooperation, as well as recognition by University of Debrecen (Hungary) a year later. Prior to building results oriented academic global partnerships, she led numerous international business development projects within the private sector. She has lived in three countries (Czech Republic, Mongolia, USA) and speaks three languages (Czech, English, Russian).
