Saila Kurtbay is the Head of International Affairs at the Aalto University School of Business. She is responsible for the international partner university network development according to the institutional strategic priorities. She has developed a quality evaluation process and partnership criteria to maintain a sustainable institutional partner university network according to the school’s international strategy and in line with the international accreditations AACSB, Equis and AMBA. She has worked at corporate sector for 15 year in France and Turkey. Before joining Aalto University School of Business in 2004 she worked for the Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences at Sabanci University in Turkey. Kurtbay holds a master’s degree in Business Administration and Economics from Aalto University School of Business (formerly Helsinki School of Economics) majoring in information science. Since her master's thesis on Multiple criteria devision making (MCDM) using visual interaction" she has developed Data Driven Decision Making processes in any institution she has worked for.
