Wellness Activity: Befriending Stress Through Mind-Body Connection

The mind and body are undeniably connected. Recognizing this connection creates room for a greater understanding of how and why stress can be a friend or foe. This activity provides a basic overview of the physiological responses that come along with stress and how mindfulness can mitigate these effects. Learn how to manage and befriend stress.
This activity is led by Lia Plankenhorn and Erin Tully, undergraduate students at the University of Colorado-Denver.
