Investing in Meaningful Noncredit Education Abroad for All Students

This session focuses on the value of noncredit education abroad for tertiary students. It reviews the noncredit education abroad landscape, the long-term impact of technology and new models post-COVID-19, and highlights how institutions and organizations can collaborate to benefit the students who participate in noncredit experiences abroad.

Acquire general knowledge about the landscape of noncredit education abroad activities.
Describe the benefits of noncredit education abroad participation for students and institutions.
Identify opportunities for international education organizations, third-party providers, and institutions to engage with one another in the development of and investment in new modalities.
