This session covers current issues related to employment-based immigration and scholar advising, including the new prevailing wage determination form, labor condition applications (LCAs), and permanent labor certifications (PERM), as well as regulatory changes, technical updates, and issues with the foreign labor application gateway (FLAG) and PERM case management systems. Department of Labor officials will participate.
