Cultivating Intercultural Learning Through Circle Pedagogies

This interactive session showcases a new pedagogy for intercultural learning and is intended for those who facilitate orientations, predeparture trainings, collaborative online international learning courses, and outreach workshops. Participants learn about the Circle pedagogy, experience a taste of Circles, and hear about how Circles have been used in different contexts.

Learning Objectives:

Describe Circles as a pedagogy for intercultural learning.
List applications for using circles in higher education and other contexts.
Learn how to access resources materials for facilitating “story circles”.
