A New Forward Looking Approach to Recruiting Agent Management

For institutions that had formed trusted partnerships with agents, their source of global information, insight, and recruiting was dramatically disrupted during 2020 and 2021. Using first-hand experience and survey data sets, presenters explore what happened and offer recommendations on how institutions can satisfy their need for trusted in-country intelligence.
