One out of five adults in America experiences mental health issues. International student populations can be especially susceptible to anxiety, depression, and other emotional health challenges. Explore resources for helping students balance academic and personal responsibilities, improve emotional wellness, and build resiliency.

Learn how schools can best support the healthcare and resiliency needs of this population.
Learn what culturally appropriate resources schools should have in place to support international students.
