Remote Employment: Applying Prepandemic Regulations to the Postpandemic Reality

Remote employment is far more commonplace today than it was before the COVID-19 pandemic began. Academic visa regulations were written based on the assumption that employment required the employee’s physical presence. Presenters examine how F, M, J, and H visa regulations apply to various remote employment scenarios.
