Checking In or Checking Out: Working Remotely and Staying Connected
Friday, June 3, 2022
9:30 AM – 10:20 AM MDT
Location: Four Seasons Ballroom 4
The challenges of COVID-19 have affected us all. International education offices have had to be nimble and adjust to a new work environment. Presenters look at three campuses and share lessons learned and model practices. Motivating oneself and other staff members can be particularly challenging, as everyone's journey is different, and we all have different personal challenges to overcome. Supervisors find themselves not only managing work but counseling and giving a safe space for employees. This session was selected as a Region X conference highlight from the NAFSA 2021 All-Region Summit.
