How Enrollment Managers Choose English Tests for Admissions Purposes

The poster presents findings from a qualitative study that sought to understand how IEMs made sense of their decision to accept a short online test and cutoff scores as proof of English proficiency for international student applicants. Findings suggest IEMs’ professional role is an influential factor. Implications for practice will also be shared.
