Action Plans and Follow-Up Surveys for International Scholars

Efforts must be increased to persuade visiting scholars to prepare action plans that have a realistic chance of being realized. The Louisiana State University College of Agriculture might consider collaborating with visiting scholars’ host agencies or donors to provide resources to help scholars realize their action plans.
