The NAFSA Bookstore, in the NAFSA Pavilion located in the International Education Expo (booth number #819), features the work of leading experts in international education and offers publications on a range of topics. (The bookstore also carries plenary speaker Priya Parker’s book as well as the latest international education titles from NAFSA and other major publishers.)
The UPS Business Center, located in the main concourse by Lobby F, offers shipping, mailing, faxing, photocopying, and other business solutions.

Mobile device etiquette
While attending educational offerings and plenary addresses, we encourage live-tweeting using the hashtag #NAFSA2022; however, please be respectful of presenters and turn your phone to vibrate or silent mode to not distract presenters and other attendees.
Social distancing
At registration, we have many different stickers to add to your name badge. These stickers indicate how comfortable people feel with close contact. We appreciate how much NAFSA attendees love to connect and network at our event, but please be mindful of how others wish to connect.
The First Aid and EMT office, located outside Room 507, is open from Saturday, May 28 to Friday, June 3. For emergencies within the Colorado Convention Center dial 200 on any house phone (they will be open the same hours as registration). Please DO NOT dial 911 from within the convention center. At your hotel, dial 0 for assistance.
NAFSA is committed to providing a private, dedicated space for lactating attendees to express milk. Room 208 has been set aside specifically for this use and is available from Sunday, May 29 through Friday, June 3, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Please bring items found in the convention center to the Conference Information and Hospitality Center in Lobby A. At your hotel, check with the concierge or front desk.
On the last day of the conference, NAFSA offers a secure luggage check area where you can leave your bags while attending conference programming. Located in Room 206, luggage storage is open Friday, June 3, 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.

The NAFSA 2022 mobile app will be available for download starting on May 10, 2022. Use the app to build your schedule, connect with your peers, and take notes on site. NAFSA 2022 will not have a printed program so we highly recommend you download the app before you arrive on site.
NAFSA is committed to implementing sustainable policies at our conference this year in conjunction with this year’s theme, Building Our Sustainable Future. NAFSA and our partners, including the LEED-certified Colorado Convention Center, are working to provide you with an environmentally-friendly event by conserving energy, reducing paper waste, and much more. As we welcome our participants to our in-person event in Denver, please be advised NAFSA bookstore and registration will be cashless this year. Payment can be made with VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discovery, institutional and personal checks.
The Colorado Convention Center has a limited number of spaces in its parking garage available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Session evaluations are in the conference mobile app and here in the online planner. Your feedback will help inform future sessions at NAFSA conferences and help presenters improve their presentations. Thank you for completing evaluations and enhancing the NAFSA annual conference experience.
If you are presenting a session or workshop, NAFSA has set up a space for you to practice your presentation and test your audiovisual equipment. Visit Room 105 during registration hours.
The Annual Conference Committee invites all presenters to join them for a small networking gathering on Tuesday, May 31 from 12:00 p.m.–1:30 p.m. Location: Four Seasons Ballroom 4.

Volunteers must check in at the Local Arrangements Team (LAT) office, located in Room 102, at least 30 minutes before their first shift begins. Attendees can also stop by the LAT office to inquire about volunteering opportunities during the week.
