Todd currently serves as the lead Project Manager responsible for managing Wilmington District’s compensatory mitigation program. Todd started with the Wilmington District in 1997, spent 3 years in private consulting from 2006 to 2009, and has been back with the Corps in his current role since then. Todd has a Bachelor of Arts from Pomona College in Claremont, CA, and a Master of Forestry from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC.
