Renee Punzi, Wildnote COO, has been a part of Wildnote since its inception in 2016. She started her career as an Electrical Engineer and developed a broad, technical, skillset on a path that took her from NASA Space Shuttle computer operations, to support at PG&E, and on to a variety of roles at CygNet, a software company supporting the Oil and Gas industry. She is also an accomplished artist. Deeply engaged with the Wildnote mission to protect natural resources by automating the process of environmental compliance, she artfully combines right and left-brain skills to help environmental consultants utilize technology to solve their problems, enhance their businesses, and improve project outcomes. When she isn’t talking tech to environmental consultants, find her on the golf course, riding her mountain bike, in the studio, or chasing after Zola – her exceptionally energetic Weimaraner.
