Andy Beaudet has worked in the Civil Works program of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers since 2007. His Corps career includes experience working at the district level on permittee responsible mitigation and mitigation bank reviews in Minnesota and Maryland, and as a regulator evaluating permit applications associated primarily with commercial, industrial, residential and transportation projects. Mr. Beaudet has worked at Corps Headquarters for two years, providing guidance and direction to districts and division regulators across the nation and developing policy guidance and leading rulemaking activities specific to issues regulated by the Corps of Engineers under section 404 of the Clean Water Act and section 10 of the Rivers and Harbors Act. In addition to being the mitigation point of contact at Corps headquarters, Mr. Beaudet is also the point of contact for 401 water quality certification, and the regulatory national SOP.
