Kari Dupler is an associate with RestorCap, one of the first companies to successfully work with both the Portland Harbor Trustee Council and the Interagency Review Team on a dual-credit mitigation bank. Kari develops science-based, innovative solutions to restore and re-create high-functioning ecosystems in both greenfield and brownfield sites. She is a certified Professional Wetland Scientist (PWS) and has a broad range of project management, sampling design, and technical field experience. Combined with her ability to quickly analyze potential risks and conflict, she develops rapport with clients, resource agencies, and stakeholders to meet performance standards and achieve ecosystem goals. Originally from Texas, Kari has worked in wetland and stream ecosystems over the past 15 years throughout the United States, ecosystems as diverse as dry washes in Southern California, estuarine marshes in the San Francisco Bay Area, and bottomland hardwood forests in Kentucky. She holds a BS in biology from Texas Tech University and an MS in biology from Eastern Kentucky University.
