My name is Mariah Black Bird (Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe) and I am the Tribal Mitigation Fellow at the Environmental Policy Innovation Center (EPIC). I joined EPIC last August to expand and build EPIC's natural resource mitigation efforts with a focus on Tribal Nations. I hold a Juris Doctorate with a certificate in Indian Law from ASU Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law (21).
