Heather Bartlett is the Environmental Specialist for the Cow Creek Umpqua Tribe and is a certified Professional Wetland Scientist. She holds a BS in Fisheries and Wildlife Management from Oregon State University. She has worked for the Tribe since 2011 and manages the Tribe’s EPA Water Quality Monitoring Program; BIA Invasive Species Program and the Wetlands Program which includes developing a Wetland Mitigation Bank on Tribal fee lands. A few special interest projects she has been involved with include Huckleberry Restoration and ESA Plant Species Recovery. Currently, she is on the committee for EPA Region 10 Tribal Wetland Inter Group (TWIG); a representative for Oregon on Region 10 RTOC; and board member for the local watershed council, Partnership for the Umpqua Rivers.
