Shauna Everett is an 18-year career Fish and Wildlife Biologist working on endangered species issues for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. She functions as a primary representative on policy and technical assistance for environmental market projects in the Pacific Northwest, including conservation banks, wetland mitigation banks, and species mitigation programs. She is a policy lead for Greater sage-grouse mitigation programs across the species' eleven-state range. Shauna has worked on several mitigation-related policies and has taught national conservation banking training courses for over a decade. She holds a master’s degree in Wildlife Ecology from Oklahoma State University and bachelor of science degree in Zoology from the University of Arkansas.
