Patrick is the manager of Ducks Unlimited's wetland mitigation program in the Great Lakes Atlantic region.
He manages the New York and Vermont ILF programs. He has participated in various capacities in the approval of 10 bank/ILF projects over the past 11 years. His background is in conservation planning and spatial analysis. He has developed site selection planning frameworks for multiple ILF programs.
He is currently assisting with the establishment of the San Francisco ILF Program Instrument.
