Ethan Ellsworth, PhD, Idaho BLM Threatened and Endangered Species Program Lead. My nexus with mitigation primarily revolves around greater sage-grouse and I dabble in wetland mitigation. I work with colleagues at our Idaho State Office as well as federal and state partners to establish a compensatory mitigation program for sage-grouse to comply with our BLM and Forest Service land use plans.
