Justin Hammonds is originally from Brooklyn Center, Minnesota. He received a B.S. in Environmental Sciences from Messiah College in 1997. He then went to work for the US Army Corps of Engineers, Europe District, Environmental Branch (in Wiesbaden, Germany) in 1999, as a Physical Scientist. In 2001, Justin joined the US Army Corps of Engineers, Savannah District, Regulatory Branch. He currently serves as the District Mitigation Liaison and is very involved with development of Savannah District’s Mitigation Banking Policy. Justin resides in Cumming, Georgia with his wife, Stephanie, son, Coulson (13 years old), and daughter, Avriana (8 years old).
