Michelle Thompson, Programmer/Analyst has a B.S. in Information Technology and over sixteen years of experience working with multiple database structures for a variety of clients. She has worked with multiple USACE districts and other agencies gathering, organizing, and entering their data into the RIBITS database. She leads the RIBITS testing and issue tracking tasks. In addition to assisting in onsite RIBITS training for multiple USACE districts, Ms. Thompson runs the RIBITS Help Desk, tracking all requests through resolution. Ms. Thompson contributed to our RIBITS development team by making multiple system enhancements as well as developing new reports. Ms. Thompson has attended several National Mitigation & Ecosystem Banking Conferences and worked with the RIBITS stakeholders for over 18 years. Michelle will have dual roles performing as a Programmer/Analyst but also the Admin/Clerical for RIBITS as the RFP gave hours for this category that will be best utilized by her skillset.
