Joshua Uriarte serves as the Terrestrial Program Manager and Policy Advisor for OSC. He has been with OSC since January 2015. Josh received his bachelor’s degree in Fisheries and Wildlife Science, accompanied by a minor in Forest Management, at Oregon State University in Corvallis. His primary responsibilities include providing technical support and coordinating with federal, state and private partners as they relate to the sage-grouse recovery in Idaho. In his previous position, Josh worked with the Sage Grouse Initiative (SGI) for four years, coordinating conservation efforts. He has experience working with landowners on important habitat issues.
