Jennifer Moyer has worked in the Civil Works program of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers since 1994. Her Corps career includes experience working at the district level working on environmental restoration and flood damage reduction projects in Maryland and Pennsylvania and as a regulator evaluating permit applications associated primarily with large transportation projects. Ms. Moyer has worked at Corps Headquarters for two decades, providing management oversight and direction to districts and division regulators across the nation and developing policy guidance and leading rulemaking activities specific to issues regulated by the Corps of Engineers under section 404 of the Clean Water Act and section 10 of the Rivers and Harbors Act. Jennifer has led the Corps Regulatory Program at headquarters since 2012.
