Megan Webb is the program manager for the King County Mitigation Reserves Program, an in-lieu fee program in King County, Washington. Megan started her career in sales and marketing for mitigation and conservation banks and later expanded her role to include mitigation bank site management and mitigation bank permitting support. After 7 years working in mitigation banking in Florida, she relocated to her home state of Washington and began her role at King County. Megan holds a BS in Marketing from University of Central Florida, undergraduate training in Environmental Science and an MBA from Stetson University. Megan combines a passion for conservation with strong business skills to operate a successful in-lieu fee mitigation program in the Seattle metropolitan area.
