Victoria Foster is the National IPaC Program Coordinator for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS); IPaC assists regulatory agencies and consultants with the environmental review process of the Endangered Species Act. Prior to joining the IPaC team in 2017, Victoria spent 10 years with the FWS working on species conservation issues in Florida. Before focusing on endangered species, she did environmental regulatory and wetland permitting work with both Florida Department of Environmental Protection and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
