Sean Connolly, South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) Asst. Director of Environmental Services

Mr. Connolly has an undergraduate degree in both marine science and chemistry; he also received a Master’s degree in Environmental Resource Management from USC. Mr. Connolly has over 20 years of experience working with natural resource, mitigation and environmental permitting. His current position is with SCDOT were he serves as Assistant Director and manages both the mitigation and permitting divisions.
