Lucy Harrington is a senior regulatory specialist with over 19 years working in natural resource restoration and conservation. In her position, she oversees environmental permitting and policy development, federal, state and local regulatory compliance, aquatic and terrestrial habitat restoration, and technical document review.

Ms. Harrington has overseen the successful implementation of wetland and species restoration and mitigation projects for the public and private sector. She has managed projects in California, Nebraska, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Colorado and ensured regulatory compliance as an employee of several federal agencies including the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, the Natural Resources Conservation Service, the Bureau of Land Management, the Bureau of Reclamations and the U.S. Forest Service at locations throughout the western United States. Lucy has also led botanical and endangered species survey efforts in a variety of states and has held a 10(a)(1)(a) recovery permit for several threatened species.
