Part II is a stakeholder (and visitor) working group where we will present a draft or draft-final of the pending white paper and lead a discussion around next steps for the focus group. Focus is to identify action items to advance the larger goal of facilitating mitigation on public lands and an influx of private funds, finding a clear path to for-profit mitigation on public lands.

Note: These workshops have been building a stakeholder group and smaller working group.

• Part II which is a two-hour working group session on addressing the challenges and obstacles.
