Nick Dolan is a senior majoring in Neuroscience in the College of Biological Sciences at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. He will graduate in December 2022. Nick has been working in Dr. Raghavendra Rao’s lab, studying the long-term effects of iron deficiency with and without hyperglycemia on the developing hippocampus. Nick has also volunteered at Fairview Ridges Hospital, the Ronald McDonald House, and the University of Minnesota Masonic Children’s Hospital. Nick is planning to continue to do research after graduation and will be applying to the Graduate Program in Neuroscience at the University of Minnesota later this year.
