Launch Your Career in Pediatrics: A Practical Career Development Workshop for Fellows and Junior Faculty

Workshop includes a combination of short didactic presentations by mid-career faculty on career development topics that cause significant anxiety (angst during periods of early career transition) with hands on activities to make them seem less daunting. Using small group breakout sessions, we will explore several common productivity pitfalls that cause fellows and junior faculty members to get off track with concrete examples of how to overcome them. A workbook will be distributed to support this journey.
