Early career members are in the career stage where they are establishing independent programs and mentoring others, while also seeking continued mentoring and support. This stage is also a time of profound metamorphosis for many individuals, forming professional identities, networks, and research areas that will likely last a lifetime. We hope this symposium enables participants to form collaborative networks to share resources on successful (or even unsuccessful) mentorship experiences.
