Vorceed™ Enlist® corn is the next generation of products for corn rootworm (CRW) protection from Corteva Agriscience containing three modes of action against corn rootworms, including dvsnf7 (RNAi), Cry3Bb1, and Gpp34/Tpp35Ab1 (formerly Cry34Ab/Cry35Ab1) (insecticidal proteins derived from Bacillus thuringiensis). Vorceed™ Enlist® corn contains event DP4114, which expresses Gpp34/Tpp35Ab1 optimized for agronomics, yield performance, and D. virgifera control. Adult D. virgifera and D. barberi emergence from corn hybrids containing transgenic events were compared to non-genetically modified (non-GMO) near-isoline corn. Results will be presented from data collected at six sites under artificial infestations of D. virgifera and natural infestations of D. barberi in commercial corn-growing regions of the United States.
