Kelly received both her Bachelor of science in Nursing as well as her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha Nebraska. She has been an board certified Adult Nurse Practitioner since 2009, playing an instrumental role in establishing an inpatient palliative care team at the VA Hospital. She has worked in the field of oncology since 2005, with over 10 years of experience sub-specializing in GU Oncology as a Nurse Practitioner and sub-investigator to over 50 clinical trials, at a local oncology practice. She is now a GU Oncology MSL with Janssen Pharmaceutical companies of Johnson and Johnson.
