Talent attraction and retention within the industry are known issues when determining the efficacy and durability of a security risk organization. Neurodiverse recruitment, training, career development and retention is a key pillar of recognizing and fully unlocking the talent, skills, and passions of the security workforce.
In this session, attendees will be presented with a brief history of neurodiversity in the workplace, hiring trends, and best practices on how to manage, develop and listen to the ND voices within their organizations. Additionally, tactics on how to upskill and integrate non-traditional candidates into a corporate security environment will be presented.
