Hands-on Cloud Risk and Governance: CCM v4

Utilizing open source tools, advanced cloud control techniques and industry standards, participants build a working automated cloud risk assessment methodology. The Cloud Security Alliance’s flagship product, the Cloud Controls Matrix (CCM), identifies and catalogs cloud-specific risks and controls. Combining the CCM with other frameworks and products creates a holistic and formidable methodology.

Hands-on labs give participants the ability to work with these open-source tools in real time, ensuring a deep understanding of how they work and where they may be applied within their environment. This session is ideal for anyone tasked with justifying cloud adoption to executive management, especially directors through practitioners of risk assessment and mitigation. This includes performing due diligence on new cloud offerings or identifying and integrating compensating controls for risk mitigation.
