Most companies today are providing training to their employees in general cybersecurity concepts. That isn’t to say that they are providing “good” cybersecurity training to their staff. In this talk, we’ll dive into the many facets of how to make engaging and effective cybersecurity training for employees. Some topics covered will be role-based cyber education, creating volunteer cyber collectives within your organization, educating non-technical staff and getting them engaged, and using gamification in education.
