This session will provide effective techniques in mentoring, managing and teaching cybersecurity interns. Together we can find and shape the brilliance our industry needs. We'll cover pragmatic things from recruiting, managing projects and career coaching based on real success stories.

Ensure both the intern's and organization's goals are defined and met.
Set the intern on to the path for success, even after they've left the internship.
