Phillip Taylor is a New Zealand trained and registered Civil Engineering Associate and Certified Professional in Stormwater Quality.

Taylor started his career in floodplain management, river and foreshore erosion control as a field survey assistant with a Water and Soil Conservation Authority, advancing his training later in water supply, wastewater treatment, stormwater, and transportation infrastructure projects. He has been engaged in projects in New Zealand, England, and America.

Working as Hydro International’s Technical Product Manager for the Hydro’s Americas Stormwater division, Taylor works throughout North America to manage regulatory approvals and provide technical expertise for proprietary treatment and flow control systems
