Ms. Dauphinais is the Water Quality Coordinator for the Coon Creek Watershed District in the Twin Cities Metro Area of Minnesota. The District is a special unit of government charged with managing the lakes and streams in the 107 square mile watershed, including maintaining a 135-mile public ditch system to provide drainage while preventing flooding and water pollution. Ms. Dauphiais oversees the monitoring programs and manages improvement projects in the watershed.
