AquaBlok, Ltd. manufactures a Composite Bentonite Aggregate system used in civil/geotechnical applications as a low-permeability seal to mitigate seepage and repair leaking infrastructure. The system consists of stones coated with sodium bentonite using a non-toxic binder that, when hydrated, will swell and self-compact to create a resilient impervious mass. Common applications include trench dams / anti-seep collars for pipes, dam and levee enhancement, pond lining and sealing, and many types of infrastructure repairs.
