The stormwater industry is always evolving; but like many MS4 program managers, we never thought something like a global pandemic would be a challenge that would impact our operations as MS4 permittees. Nonetheless, the rules still applied even while the world was on lockdown. This session will highlight the elements from MS4 permittees that rose above to maintain compliance from their living rooms and how the pandemic has disrupted our stormwater programs for the better.
