If you are a member of the Minnesota Erosion Control Association (MECA) the MECA Light Pass registration option provides access to IECA/MECA regional education, MECA awards, IECA expo hall and opening keynote. The opening keynote breakfast is the only meal included in this pass. This purchase includes MECA membership for the 2022 calendar year.
