The Great Lakes Chapter of IECA will be giving conference attendees a warm Minneapolis welcome during this kick off event at Brit's Pub with great foods and fine ales. After a long year apart join old friends, meet new friends and celebrate with IECA as we kick off the 50th Anniversary IECA Annual Conference. Enjoy games - supported by our partner, the Minnesota Erosion Control Association. Whether you are fresh off the ice fishing expedition, a day of learning in pre-conference workshops or just got off the plane, we hope you will tip a pint with us in our little corner of the UK at Brit's Pub! 



This years event will feature a favorite game amongst the locals - Hammer-Schlagen®. Originating and continuing to hail from Stillwater, MN, Hammer-Schlagen® is the most famous nail driving competition in the world. Simply put, hit your nail into the log first. Let's Play! Game sponsored by the Great Lakes Chapter of IECA and the Minnesota Erosion Control Association.

Ticket will include dinner, games, and a pint (or house wine, well liquor), paid guests welcome with paid conference attendee. Tickets should be purchased when you register for the conference.
