Dr. Lana Dbeibo is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Infectious Diseases, Medical Director for Infection Prevention, and interim Associate Vice Chair for Quality and Safety and Population Health at Indiana University School of Medicine. Her work has focused on reducing preventable patient harm and hospital acquired infections and improving the quality of care that is delivered in hospitals. In addition to her work in hospital epidemiology and patient safety, she is committed to advancing population health initiatives and is currently completing a master’s degree in public health at the Indiana University Richard M. Fairbanks School of Public Health.
