Ashwin Sunderraj is a third year medical student at Northwestern University's Feinberg School of Medicine. During the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic, he became involved in a variety of investigative efforts, ranging from clinical epidemiology in the realm of cardiorenal health to prospective investigations on the ability of pediatric patients to consent to COVID-19 vaccination. His current research focuses on the impact of SARS-CoV-2 infection on maternal and infant health in pregnant patients.
